Return And Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and tags
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain medical, healthcare, and personal-use products cannot be returned once opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed physiotherapy or healthcare equipment.
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., gels, pads, electrodes)
- Customized or special-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable).
- Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions and a pickup schedule (where available)
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your bank or wallet account..
- For COD orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer
Note: Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong item.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- A replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.

Once shipped, the order falls under the return process.
